| My dad has been having problems with accuracy on his deer rifle and we thought it might be the scope, so I let him take the VX-III off my AR to put on his .270 to see if that was the problem. He stripped a couple screws on my MkIV rings and drilled them out and possibly ruined the rings. If they are ruined, should I get another set of MkIV (which I've been very happy with) or get a Larue SPR mount. This rifle is used mainly for target shooting and occasionaly varmint hunting. Is the extra money for the Larue worth it? |
