Nobody is going to be able to guarantee a tight fit. Every part is made within a tolerance range, so if your lower is on the high end and the upper is on the low end, then it could be loose fitting.
If you can I would look for an upper locally, that way you could take your lower to test fit. Why do you want it to be real tight anyway? |
