I use an Enidine buffer in my M16 - works quite well.

I have one in a 14.5 and it works great.  Coupled with a brake I can get almost instant follow up shot on target.

Whats the durability or life cycle of these?

MGI in my M16. Enidine was a waste of money. Did nothing for ROF, and made bolt lock back REALLY difficult.
