I am using a crush washer to index an A2 flash hider.  To me it seems like it went on and is tight but I didn't really have to "crush" the suppressor down very much.  Its like maybe I should try to make another revolution but if it is tight will I be able to crush it all the way around again?  I understand the process to be tighen it, then back it off then tighen it further.... until the A2 is in the proper position.

You won't make it around another time.  It is fine.
