When you install a Timney trigger group on an AR-15, do you put any Loctite or similar product on the set screws (to keep them from possibly becoming loose) that go thru the housing of the Timney trigger group ?

Thanks.

I'm not an expert on Timney's, especially since I don't own one, but if I did I would probably leave the loctite out of the equation. While I usually slop it on most things that screw down on my rifle, I feel as though with a precision trigger, you probably would be best to leave it be unless you notice a problem with the screws backing out. Just my two cents.

Call 'em and ask 'em...their CS is pretty good.

No it is not recommended as it can bind the bushings and render the unit
unusable.
