To install this rail do you have to use their special wrench or can you just use a strap wrench?

Silvery,
    I just bought the DD12 Lite.  I also ordered the wrench for it as well.  Hopefully I will receive it before this weekend as I plan to install it.  I will report back any findings I have.  Someone else may come along that has already installed one and let you know.

I happened to get the dpms mulit tool and it fits fine.
