So I read the tacket post.
To install barrel I need to put a little high temp grease on the receiver. But I don't know how itcht to put it. What do you mean "torque 3 times"?

Torque the barrel nut to 30 ft/lbs + and loosen 3 times, then tighten once more, and index barrel nut with gas tube hole in upper receiver.
