Is abushmaster M4A3 upper illegal to have in california? It has a 14.5 barrel and a 1.5 compensator, and of course the evil bayo lug.. |
Depends if the lower reciever can accept detachable magazines or not. You CAN order Bushmaster Uppers, as they are considered parts. Remember, the Rollmark is the gun. eta: in a nutshell: fixed 10 rd mag= all evil features fixed 10 rd mag that can removed with a tool (everytime)= all evil features detachable 10 rd mag that can be removed without a tool= NO evil features (the funny looking ones you guys make fun of in pictures) |
