I ned some help. I starting my first build. I need to know what lower to get? and witch ones are good?

Any lower from a reputable company will be ok, most lowers are about the same. Some decent ones are RRA, Spike's tactical, Doublestar, DPMS, Sabre Defence, Essential Arms, Mega, Kaiser Defense, CMMG

Is there any spacific one better or all about the same? and what about color match?

Most are the same, RRAs have a tendency to be a little tight. Colors can vary in shade, but no big deal

Some are going for around $100 stripped. It's pretty easy to assemble your own, a complete lower can be had for around $250-350, depending on the make. Bravo Co. and LMT are great for complete lowers, $330 for LMT, $350 for the BCM.
This is a good deal here

Go with the Spikes, or Tactical Machining usig their price matching option, or AGP arms with their ARFCOM coupon.

Pretty much whatever you can get cheapest, or you like the markings on the side better, lol.

I've used the EA lowers without problems. If you buy 3-5 it really helps to spread that cost of shipping out over several lowers.

You might check your local dealership. Mine has some lowers for $125 and he would probably sell them for $115 because theyve been sitting for awhile. Thats as cheap or cheaper than you can buy a lower by the time you pay for the shipping and transfer fee.

Nothing, just a model number for the lowers/rifles for each particular company.

Remember, Colt owns the right to the AR15 name, so only they can truly call their rifles AR15s.

Bushmaster=xm15

Spikes Tactical=st-15

and so on and so on......

CJ-15 is a special run with a jolley roger and funky fire/safe markings

SL-15 is their standard lower with bullet markings for fire/safe

SLP-15 is marked as a pistol on the lower for people who are building ar15 pistols and want them marked accordingly

ST-15 is the standard lower with regular Fire/Safe markings

Essentially they are all standard lowers that will work the same. Throughout the last couple of years he has used several different companies to manufacture lowers for him and some of these use different prefixes.

All of them will work fine for building a good ar.

I personally favor Red River Tactical uppers and lowers - I have built on several different lowers and these are the best I've found. The overall craftmanship and finish is in my opinion second to none - can get them at omniguns.com. After I built my first on a Red River set - I built 2 more. Can't go wrong with em - I've heard they are each inspected by hand before they are sold.
