This may sound stupid but after my lower builds and I order and receive a upper
do I need to register the rifle as built? ...IE if it happens (AWB) Post ban and pre ban I have built a few spikes lowers but they tell me if I don't send in a copy of the bill of sale it may not qualify as pre ban |
