The only real difference is the window to check your rounds and the higher price. Some question if you would really use the window to check your rounds in a fight... what if it is dark? I've heard others liking the ability to see the rounds regardless.
I recently bought some 30 rnd Pmags and decided that the window was not important. With the savings in price I could afford more mags.
