I'm talking about barrel and receiver here, SORRY!  

I've got the LMT - MRS and I can add the .204 Ruger barrel and use the same carrier/bolt.  And I read various places that bolts shouldn't be switched from one AR-15 to another.  How many rounds does it take to really matter (mate) if this happens and what about using the same bolt for 2 barrels?

Where can I find a good discussion about headspace?

headspace gauges are cheap...just do it right to be sure.

Depends on how out-of-square each barrel extension is.

50 rounds to 200 rounds.

DON'T SHARE BOLTS.

you get excessive head space which could be deadly
