A few have popped up on the EE recently. You gotta be patient and quick.

There are out there.

BCM midlength uppers are out of stock now, but you could register on Bravo Company's site so they could e-mail you when they have it available again.

Sabre Defence would be another good one but at a higher price if you could find them, both noted brands are using Milspec barrel materials and have the desirable thin government contour barrel under the handguards.

Keep checking PK, I picked up an upper w/ a RR light weight bbl and Omega Rail.  I will admit I am also looking toward a Bravo Middy when they get in stock, as I have an extra complete lower, BCG and handguards.

I was gonna say Rainier also, I bought 3 of the RRA midlengths this morning and shortly after they ran out.
One for a friend (boss) and the two to finish the last two builds I got going on. Then I quit! Do they make
something like Nicorette  gum opr patches except for BRD? I will say Rainier's "notify on arrival" works very well if you
jump right on it. That's what helped me.

You could try Double Star/J&T Distributing. I ordered a complete mid length upper, minus BCG and CH, from them on Feb 11 or 12. They had the parts in stock at the time and I was told that it would go out as soon as they could get it to the build table, which would probably be ~4 weeks. I  had it in less than 2 weeks. They may still have these available as they just started building midlength and last I checked still hadn't added them to their website and it was only going around by word of mouth that they had them. Worth a shot.
