does the mil use a hotter round for these guns. or do they just deal with the lower bullet velocity from a shorter barrel. not trying to start a whole effective barrel length argument .

they use standard rounds...nothing special.

Seems like a lot of guys use short barrelled AR 5.56's with success considering how many commado's on here say they are ineffective.
