MMC lubricants.

From this link:

Our metal conditioner actually bonds with the metal on a molecular level by filling in the micro-pores within the metal surface. This bond not only provides the ultimate in protection, but assures that the metal to metal contact actually improves with repeated use of this product. By providing a product that fills even the tiniest pores in the metal surface, you get a much smoother surface and the smoother the surface the better any machine performs.

and from their conditioner page:

Synthetic Blended Metal Conditioner is activated by heat and friction to protect against wear created by metal surfaces rubbing on each other.

Sounds a lot like chlorinated hydrocarbons (like FP10) or chlorinated esters (like Militec).  At $5.50 an ounce for the conditioner, I'd say that it is no bargain since FP10 goes for ~$5.00 for a 4oz. bottle and is known good product that does the same thing.  I would bet though that this is closer to Militec in formulation.

There is little real info on their site, and it is interesting that they do not post the MSDS but yet there is a page for it telling you how to get one.  I may Email them tomarrow and see what they send.
