hey guys i,m looking at installing hogue grip and hand guard from midway usa
there standard length... what length barrel and what would be a good style barrel??? here the link on the hogue set i'm looking at... http://www.midwayusa.com/viewProduct/?productNumber=699132 i,m starting with rock river lower and an A4 style upper rock river also... sorry if thats a stupid question but i,m learning... thanks dave

| Most often you would pick your barrel and then pick your free float tube to match your configuration. If you have the rifle length set of Hogue components they will work with a 16" Dizzy Barrel with a machined slim gas block that will fit inside the tube, 20" HBAR and most longer length barrels with standard sights. I haven't looked into it too deeply but I'm not aware of an M4 profiled barrel that will work with the Hogue's. I'm pretty sure that their barrel nut won't fit some bull barrels (DPMS). Other than that the door is pretty well open. |
