My brother in law just bought me some ammo he found and I need some info.
It is a brown box that says:

I.M.G
Fabrica de Municiones
del Ejerecito
30 Cartuchos
CAL. 5.56mm
Lote 06

Anyone know anything about these?  Safe? Corrosive?

Headstamp reads:  5.56   00   G(?)

thanks

Good ammo, is milsurp 5.56, should be shot in 5.56 chambers not .223 one's. 55 grain bullets, brass cased, boxer primed, reloadable.

Good stuff, no problems with shooting it and I have a lot myself.

$9 is to much, you can buy it from AIM much cheaper, [$5.95 per 30] and this is the stuff that is VERY nice. The other Guat was before that in battle packs could look "interesting" but it was very reliable and shot fine. That was about $180 per K. $300 per K is to much as you can buy brand new XM193 for less then that on the net.
