hey, i need to get a roll pin punch to take my bolt catch off and replace the spring (yes i FINALLY conjured up $.50 and bought one from M&A at a gun show in MI) but i dont know the size of the roll pin...can anyone help me out? thanks

i just used some calipers on the hole...would .053" be right?

Edit: Oh yeah, I use a 3/32" flat pin punch to remove the roll pin, and a 1/8" ROLL PIN punch to reinstall it.

i just went down to Ace and got the 3/32" pin punch for $5.34 and it worked taking out and putting the pin back in. however, i found out that the spring wasnt the problem...the actual problem is that the roll pin is bent...so i guess i'll wait for the next gun show and see if i can find a roll pin. if not, i guess it's up to Del-Ton...thanks a bunch, M4Madness!

Go back to Ace and get you a roll pin.  Your helpful hardware man should be able to find the right size.  I think the last one I got was about 30 cents.  Better than waiting on the gun show....
