hi all
i need some advice on a scope. i need one for my ar10 and one for my remmy 700 in 308. I will be primarily shooting 100 yards to max 300 yards. i am not shooting competition, but i would like a nice powered scope. 3x9 is ok for 100 but i think it will fall short past that. and 8 x32 would be nice, but i need one that will hold up to the punishment and i am limited on budget. any suggestions for the price range of 200 - 350 bucks? thanks lojack |
| I've had very good luck/success with Nikon Buckmaster scopes which fall right in your price range. Good value for the dollar. I have a 4x12 and a 6x18. They've held up well on my FNAR in 308 and my 243. The 6x18 now sits on an AR15 Varmit rifle and is just about perfect there. |
