[ARCHIVED THREAD] - new grip install help

i have bought a new grip to replace my stock grip on my ar ..now the videos i have seen all show a flat head to get the screw loose but when i look at mine its a solid circle now stupid question can i use a allen wrench to get it off or do i need a special tool so i dont damage the screw if its to blury for u all to see ill retake it

No it's an Allen wrench you need to remove it but watch out for your spring and detent when you take it off.

thats what i fig and the spring u speak of its the small little one for the safety tension
