Hello all I am new here too ar15.com . Been reading for 2 weeks or more trying to get my brain around doing this. But the reason for todays post is two fold to say hello to everyone and to let you know I have started my build. Ordered today striped lower units from esseatial arms. Well the lowers I ordered came in today. It was a little slow on shipping but they look good recived three lowers with the black tuf-coat finish for $252.00 shipping included. A twenty to my local man for transfer. So $90.66 each thats with transfer and all. I will let everyone know when I start putting them together on fit etc. patrick |
Welcome! The "right tools" will definitely make your life much happier and prevent many bad words. Hint: When you start assembly, keep a plastic bag or box around and do it in a relatively clean area! (In all likelihood, you will launch a spring or two.) Good luck! |
