I've got a 1.5-4 leupold with the firedot spr green dot (in an ADM QR mount) and have been contemplating a an offset rds like a trijicon rmr.  I'm curious if you guys can post up some pics of similar setups and explain what you like and dislike about it.

I feel like transitioning wouldn't be too much of a problem.  Though my alternative option is to sell what I've got and replace with an eotech & 3x magnifier.  Your input is greatly appreciated...

There is no need to bother, your sight is 1.5 right? Just crank it down and squeeze the trigger. Don't overcomplicate it . shooting 1.5x up close isn't bad at all, and adding a red dot is going to make that sucker weigh a ton. YRMV

I'm fine with the scope as is but during a handful of drills I practice I've found that taking the time to reduce magnification creates too much of a gap between shots.  More often than not I leave it at 4x and adjust my hold on target.  Thus, my feeling that having a small 1.2 ounce rds offset would be helpful.  My pic request was more to get a feel for how guys are setting it up as a starting point.  Then compare that to just swapping it all out in favor of an eotech with a 3x that I can quickly flip to the side (which might not even be faster given the required manipulation?)
