| I have just received some okay industries 30 rd mags. the followers are light green in color. when I took the mag apart to change the follower to a magpul gen III, I noticed that the spring inside the mag was a copper looking color. Is this normal or should I be worried about the spring? The mags cost me 5.00 a piece. |

all OKAY, NHMTG and Colt have the copper color springs (they are all the same company) so thats one way to tell if the springs are actually from that company.
I cant actually say for sure that their springs are better then other USGI mags but they just appear to be better then others and when I buy USGI mags I try to only buy out of the 3 names I said above eta: a while ago I compared OKAY springs to D&H ones and the okay ones were a little thicker and just seemed better made/heavier duty |
