well i orded me a Mout sling and a Daniel Defense sling mount. what will i need in addition to install the mount?

Nothing else needed. You will have to remove the castle nut. You can use a punch or flat head screw driver and a hammer to loosen or tighten it.

I've run MOUT's, HST's, and others and the TROY single point is by far the most comfortable single point I've got in inventory.
