| hey, looking for an over-sized ar grip. my hands are fairly big. with a normal sized grip, the trigger always rests on the middle of my finger. pulling my finger away from the trigger so that just the tip touches the trigger is not very comfortable to the point that i`m concentrating on that aspect instead of the target. is there any manufacturer out there that makes larger grips for my problem? thank for any help. |

There is also Sierra Precision but it's not ambidextrous.

here is a really good inexpensive one... this one is perfect if you are a right hand shooter, becuase it has a extended swell on the right side so that the triger finger is pull away from the grip and gives the shooter a perfect finger tip placement... i think, you will find that this grip is exactly what your looking for, to put that triger on the fatty part of your finger tip...! its only $12 bucks... but its a good grip, and if your looking for something to put that finger in a good position to get the trigger on the middle of your finger tip, this is the right one... try it out... i think you'l like it...! http://www.cheaperthandirt.com/ARR331-7.html copy and past the link... or is there is anybody that could post that link??? |
| BTW, everybody has that problem of over reach on the trigger, even my extra medium mitts. It is a design "feature", so to speak. In addition to a fatter grip to fill yout hand, look for the grips that set the grip farther back. One indication of these will be extra material that goes up the back curve of the lower behind the grip stud. |

The stark will address the trigger overreah if you can get over the looks of the grip, its def a function over form grip |

If you want to maintain the A-2 style grip check eBay for a Lonestar Stowaway II grip.
I usually see them with the Paintball items as they were a fairly common item on PMI 3's and VM-68. ETA: There also are spacers you can get that will set your grip back about 1/2'', Midway and Brownells usually have them. |
