Does the p-mag work well with the colt 6940 . And is it OK to keep a mag fulll. What i mean does weekend the spring any at all

Yeah P-mags work great!! It is fine to keep the magazine loaded, however I keep the plastic cover on it to help make sure the plastic feed lips don't spread. But yeah keeping magazines loaded does not weaken springs, that is a myth.
