A lot of people on hkpro.com said to use Testor's model car paint from Wal-Mart with a very fine tip brush and wipe the excess away with a rag. I'm thinking about trying it on my USP 40 and do the same whenever I build my AR.

Testors kinda sucks IMO...I did my lower with it and it comes off with just about any kind of chemical cleaner. Hoppe's #9 took it right off. I'm switching back to white nail polish, as I've had much better results.

Well, I didn't use a paint brush, but instead used a hypodermic siringe and just thinned it out a bit with some nail polish remover (acetone). I mixed up a little bit and then SLOWLY injected the paint into the engraving.
