hello people, i bought an bushmaster xm15-e2s last month and i have couples of questions for guys

is it an M4?

is it chrome lined barrel?

is it safe to shoot it with wolf ammo?

do you guys clean your gun after the range?

will i mess it up if i clean the barrel dry?

is it normal for the bullet to get scratch up after it being chambered?

thanks for the help guys

1st off, try a search and use your search features

basically:

no, its not an M4 or an M4 style
bbl you got is more likely HBAR

yes; bushy bbls are CL (*unless otherwise noted)

imo, yes wolf is good for it; others may disagree
also, i'd highly suggest you break in the bbl w/ quality brass ammo and NOT wolf; try wolf afterwards

i clean after every range time; UMMB

no, you will not mess anything up if you just clean the bbl, h/w, there is little point in just cleaning that portion out--most of the dirt and grim will be in the chamber/BCG area

depends on how scratched it is; some minor marks will appear, but if its sever, check your bbl chambering for burrs

is it an M4? Well an M4 is a fully automatic Colt, your carbine looks like one, sort of, but isn't really an m4. Whoops thiking of the wrong bushy model. and I think my bushy is an  xm15-e2s

is it chrome lined barrel?yes

is it safe to shoot it with wolf ammo? should be

do you guys clean your gun after the range? no, but I should

will i mess it up if i clean the barrel dry? I have never cleaned a barrel without putting some kind of solution in it

is it normal for the bullet to get scratch up after it being chambered? Not sure what you mean

discussed here before.

Not sure if the bullet is scratched upon chambering or manually ejecting the round, but it does happen.

first two times i shot American Eagle ammo (i think) and then i switched to wolf. after i switched to wolf i noticed that when i pulled the charging handle back and let go, it doesn't want to push the bullet into the chamber, only move the bullet forward a little. this happened to me 2 out of 3 times when im trying to chamber a bullet. the bullet is scratched up pretty badly and the very tip of the bullet is bent when i look at the bullet. it never happen with other ammos. thanks
