"PMC" has stood for several things over the years. You are both correct, depending on the time period being referred to. Known names used under the "PMC" title are: "Poongsan Metal Manufacturing Company" "Poong San Metal Company" "Precision Made Cartridges" Distributors in the US were: "Patton & Morgan Corp. of New York" "Pan Metal Corp. of Los Angeles" It seems as though they liked the way "PMC" sounded and crafted the various names to fit it!
