is there any polishing you can do on trigger components w/ a dremel to help it out any?

Yes!
I did it.  I used the pointed felt tip with Dremel jewelers rouge.  Just look at the mating surfaces on the hammer and trigger.  Polish those parts lightly.  Start out by feeling each surface with your fingernail.  Mine had what felt like parallel grind marks on it.  Polish a little bit, then feel for those marks.  I didn't completely remove those.  If you polish them until you can tell a difference, but don't remove them, you can be sure your trigger will be smoother.  I made it a point to not round over the crisp edges.  I think it would be hard to remove much material with that rouge, but I wanted to be careful.

If you are taking a dremel to your trigger/ hammer, make sure you do a function check of your weapon BEFORE you load it up.  If you aren't sure what a function check is, learn before you start playing around.
