You could call and ask but most companies are proud when they do those tests. So I wouldn't expect they do them.

I think PSA has bolts for a reasonable price that are mil spec. Ie carpenter 158 MPI etc

On the AIM ones it has not mentioned of the complete assembly of the cam pin, firing pin retaining pin, firing pin, is it just the carrier or does anyone know if its assembled and complete?

Which ad are you looking at? I see bolt carrier group and it says MPI/HPT bolt.  Other stuff as well.
