[ARCHIVED THREAD] - post ban lower question

Im thinking of using my post ban dpms lower(after selling the 20in Hbar post ban upper) to build a 9mm AR. Is this legal? Ive looked around to see if post ban lowers are still restricted by the awb laws and have not found anything. I would like to have a collapsible stock and other such evil features, but not sure if Im allowed to. Any help or links to info would be appreciated.

Your good to go. There's no ban in your state. It's not like here in CT

Great! That will save me some money on a new lower and parts. Interested in a dpms 20in flat top hbar for dirt cheap?
