Looking to make an extremely accurate upper. Going to go with a 24" barrel, but not sure which i <should> be thinking about?

on this build i plan not to scrimp. so it's going to take me a while, financially to build it, but the first thing i'm going to buy is the barrel kit. Then i'll buy the upper, and then the handguards for it.

I'm thinking stag upper, yhm customizable free floats, yhm flip up front and probably a gg&g rear flip up. hell i might even drop the extra $$ and get an ameetec side charging upper....

well it looks like it's going to be one of the following three:

Bushmaster 24" national match

JP Rifles 24" Heavy w/compensator

or

White Oak Armament's 26" Match Barrel

anyone else have any other suggestions?
