hey all. i havent been here much but id like to say thanks for the great advice i got back in january.
my 1st build went like this: RRA Lower RRA LPK with 2 stage NM trigger magpul trigger guard magpul mil-spec stock, buffer and spring. Then, Based on advice from this board I bought a Spikes M4 type upper. 1-7 chrome lined, etc. finished it off with a Matech BUIS. Absolutely love it! That was 7 months ago. Weapon is awesome. Shoots like a dream. Now I kinda want the wife to have her own. Our "zeroes" are different. and we are both pretty competitive at the range. it just makes sense for her to have her own, right? ;-) Im about to start my second build, and am considering the PSA midlength they are selling with the free float troy quadrail. Can you guys please give me your .02 on that upper. I really value everyones opinion here cuz ive been so happy with my spikes/rra mutt. if i order the psa mid, does it matter what lower i go with? or should I consider something else. The fact that they have a quality free float rail that comes already installed for a good price- lets just say im really close to placing the order. Yes, I will post pix of my 1st build today. (when i figure out how to do it) It doesnt look anywhere near as cool as the stuff i see here, but its definitely is doing its job. |

Any quality lower and lower parts should be good to go. Find a good deal somewhere and go for it. or should I consider something else.
