Pretty sure that the answer to my question will be that there will be "no problem", but figured I would just to confirm.

I have some small aluminum bottles (about the same size or just bigger of the CLP small bottles) that have push pump caps on the. Was thinking that I would put CLP into the bottles and use the pump to dispense. Is there gonna be any issued storing CLP in the aluminum bottles? I know there are parts on our guns that are aluminum but was wondering if the storeage in the bottle would cause a problem being constantly in contact>

Make sure the new bottles are perfectly clean inside and shake the old CLP bottle up good before pouring in the new bottle as some of the ingredients settles on the bottom.  Always shake the CLP up good before each use.
You should be good to go
