i have a BCM BFH 16' upper, im looking to remove the FSB and install a low pro gas block with a rifle length quad. My question is what size gas block do i need?  .750?

its a midlength upper if that matters

If it looks like this one its a .750



If it looks like this then its a .625

I thought it looked very "knights" like and i wanted a step-down to the LW barrel profile

Rainier Arms just came out with a gas block of their own that covers the FSB scar as well.
