The Geissele SSA's weight is 4.5 lbs, two stage and non adjustable. Winner hands down.

The enhanced is a bit more match like is my understanding.
You won't need a large pin, those are only for pre 2009 Colt rifles that had oversized  .170 trigger and hammer pins.

OP you. Said in your first post it has to be more than 5 pounds correct? None of the triggers above would qualify. An attorney would rip you apart if you ever had to use that weapon and trigger was lighter than department policy!

WTF, Stock AR trigger is Single Stage.

What is your std dept rifle?

Enhanced is only 3.5 pounds I believe. Lighter than the standard SSA which is 4.5 pounds. Still lighter than his department mandated 5 pounds.
Not sure which if any, 2 stage will be 5 pounds.  Even most singlestage are 4.5 and under.  A wilson perhaps?  Or stick to a standard type and get the spike's battle trigger. Smoother, but still in the 6+ lbs range.

I just looked and all of Geissele's non-adjustable triggers are 4.5lbs or less

Another option is to send the stock trigger to Bill Springfield  What you will get back is rework that will turn your stock trigger into a match grade trigger all for $50.  I have several from him already. Triggerwork.net.

Hell no. They had a horrible thread on him not to long ago. He is not certified in any way according to him.

are you fucking kidding me?

the OP is talking about a trigger in his duty rifle. Bill's reputation is not very positive.

I can see the shitstorm now "yes captain, I sent some goofball on the internet a perfectly good FCG and had him grind it down into 'match quality' for only $50!1!1!!"

Don't send your trigger out for work, I don't want to bad mouth anyone, but there are some scary stories, if 20% of it is true...

Geissle SSA, or the Super 2 Stage which was just released, bunch of people list them on the EE.  You may be able to get a heavier pull on that one, but I'll pass this on, I bought my first Geissele awhile ago, put it in my rifle, pulled the trigger and litteraly hit myself in the forehead, and swore at myself for waiting all that time living with crap triggers, and other companies so called match 2 stage drop ins.

The Super 2 Stage is Geissele's entrance into the lower price point triggers like RRA, and such, from what I have heard, they (Geissele) may put them out of the trigger making buisness.
