But I am not sure which buffer to get most suggest either a H2 or the the spikes T2 what do you guys suggest ? I am using a bcm 16" middy with a RRa lower running stock spring and a endine hydro buffer.

I suggest using the heaviest buffer that reliably runs the lowest powered rounds you shoot like the good Lord intended.

also I forgot to mention i have a spare carbine weight buffer and i am try to make as light a rifle i can without giving up too much perf or reliability.

My mid lengths have run fine on carbine buffers.
