well, i bought a sw mp15 lower and i think that there is a problem

currently i have a spikes st22 upper on in it, it wobbles and rocks back and forth
i would consider this a poor fit
if i put on of my other uppers on it, it does the same
all of the uppers i have including the st22 fit perfect in my other rra lowers
the parts kit is rra
what should i do with this sw mp15 lower?
no i am not sending to any one
should i try an accu wedge?

Well unless the upper and lower are fitted when being built, buy someone who is really trying to get a tight solid fit, Your just stuck with what you get. This is not cause for rejection as it won't effect the shooting of the rifle. Your just running into the outer range limits of the tolerance of one of the items.

I have a S&W AR 15,I had a slight wobble between the upper and lower.  Be advised, collapsible stocks and regular handguards have a little play in them not to mention if you have a forward handgrip mounted, as this accentuates the problem.  First, determine if the upper and lower are outside of your level of acceptance.  Good luck on finding a true manufacturers variance on tolerance between the two.  Next, if it's not too bad, try a #7 o-ring on the front pivot stud.  THIS WORKED FOR ME!  Upper and lower locked up tight. An accuwedge will not probably work on the S&W due to the lack of clearance below the rear take down pin inside the lower.  You will also have nothing inside the trigger group to foul the action in a shtf situation.  Try the o- ring, it goes between the front takedown pivot pin and the upper receiver.  PRICE–– .29 AT ANY HARDWARE STORE.  You will lose nothing by trying and you will possibly have a new found confidence in your firearm.
