What are you looking for? Rings or a one piece mount?  Quick detach or fixed?

If you wanting to use just rings then I would take a look at Warne Quick Detach rings. They are steel and quality made.

Not a QD mount, I used the Millett 1 piece mount for my P223, very happy with the mount.

Which P-223 model and what rifle is it going on?  Distance between turrets and the objective bell and turrets and eyepiece vary and tell us how far apart the rings can be and how high and far forward it needs to be to match your stock height.

Just based off of information given I would suggest the Nikon P-223 rings.  They are a good set with multiple mounting locations.  Reasonably priced.  Nikon's one piece M223 mount is very decent for the money as well, but I don't know if it will work with your scope.  I know the P series will.
