Hi everybody, this is my first post, so here it goes; I am building an spr-ish rifle and I was wondering what scope mount to use. I will probably be using the rifle for range plinking as well as an IPSC 3-gun rifle so I will be removing the scope from time to time. What QR mounts are popular ( larue, ARMS, Leupold) what have you used and how is the repeatability? ( I like the larue because I'm sure its one piece design is pretty solid but I'm looking to save a little $$ ) Oh, who has the best price on the larue, all i've seen is $215 but read posts where people mentioned $195 |
+1 million LARUE!!!![]() ![]() ![]() ar-jedi ps all the gory details of that tan RECCE-ish thang are here: ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=3&f=12&t=231558 |
There are two different SPR mounts (SPR and SPR-E) The SPR is $195 and the SPR-E is $215. I would say that the SPR-E works best with optics that have OVER 4" of eye relief (like the Trijicon TR21). C4 www.gandrtactical.com |
