zeroed my small aperture at 50 yds. today,when i used the large one ,the zero moved 2 in. left and 2 in. low.
any ideas?

You have an A-2 sight and the smaller apperture is for longer distance. It is smaller for tighter precision and calibrated for bullet drop past 300. the larger is close in work and quicker, and calibrated for short range. reverse your above post- and you get- small sight shoots high at 50.
resight at 50 with the small one.

also changes in windage-----2 in. at 50yds means a lot at longer ranges

The sight rotates on a threaded post so it would move sideways as it's flipped.  But the aperatures are supposed to be offset to compensate for that.
