I have a beowulf with jkust a set of Buis sights on it. Out plinking the other day and I have a question on where the bullet should stirke when aiming. My pistols shoot with a point of impact just over thetop of the front sight. Are AR's the same way. Just looking for some guidence.

set them as you are most natural to use them.
I set my POI on "the post" for 25yrds....at 50 the bead covers the bottom 1/2 of the target, at 100yrd the bead covers the target. I replace my front pin with one from: http://www.ar15conversions.com They have a bunch of different front pins that I like better than the factory pin. |
