You need to check the disconnector spring, and the timing of the disco to the hammer.

On the spring, confirm that it is installed with the large coil side down into the back of the trigger slot.

In regards to the timing, with the trigger held back and holding the hammer on the disco, slowly release the trigger and confirm that the hammer is released just before the trigger comes to rest, and that the hammer is released from the disco, and caught by the trigger's front/primary sear.

In needed, the disco can be retimed by removing metal from it's front/bottom edge where it rides on top of the trigger.  Ideally, you want a .003 free gap between the hammer disco sear, and the disco sear when the hammer is lowered down to the closest point of the sears with the trigger at rest. This will instill that the trigger being release has positioned the front sear in the correct relationship to catch the released hammer, and it not be deflected/ slip by the primary sear to ignite the next chambered round on trigger release/reset.
