Has anyone tried the easy to install sling adapter by Midwest industries? They look pretty simple to use and was wondering if they interfere with the collapsible stock operation. Are they worth the money or should I go with A standard one?

It won't interfere with sling operation, and they are simple to install though.

Unsolicited $.02... I wouldn't recommend a sling adapter like that. I'd get a two point sling, and then attach one end to the back of the stock and the other end to somewhere on the forearm. I've only had problems with a sling attached via an end plate, it got in the way of me manipulating the rifle. FWIW, YMMV. Just my experience.

I am guessing you mean an end plate style sling adapter.  Depending on the sling I am in face a fan of the noveske and fortis style ones.  I don't know what exactly you are referencing to but I am a big fan of 2/1 convertible slings that I can quickly shift from one point to 2 point.
