So the SPR is an 18" barreled weapon. that much i get. my question is: is the 18" to the crown/threads or 18" to the end of the muzzle break? |

My reply would be to the end of the most permanent fixture since they recognize 14.5'' barrels with a pinned or welded FH that brings it up to 16'' as a non-NFA firearm. So the question depends on whether or not the FH is permanent. In your case, it would be the crown like the others stated in the replies, but the end of the FH if it were permanently attached the way I see it. |
