needing suggestions for mid-length or rifle lengt upper,,, looking for tactical-sniper type.. looked at spr uppers type.. looking for accuracy but practical.. not against building my own.. never built upper but have many lowers.. love my shorty but would like something for long range.. have RRA stripped lower, with 2 stage NM trigger group.. need suggestions for possible bolt group... oh did i forget to say on tight budget haha!!! will be shooting mostly budget ammo plinking, but will use the good stuff at times,, nothing heavy though
