I'm picking up some surplus ammo from an individual.  He says some of the rounds are tracer rounds.  Will these do any damage to my rifle than an ordinary round?  I searched, but came up empty.

No problem, unless you run a BUNCH at a time. The extra heat can damage your barrel.



Be aware of the extreme fire danger when shooting tracers.

thanks for the heads up and the insight on the rounds.  Its not something I'm planning on firing very often.
