here's what i'm thinking. i currently have a 16" a3 build. it's a cmt a3 with a wilson 16" barrel (kit from del-ton). I'm thinking I want to get an a2 upper and swap my 16" barrel to it. then, i want to get a 20"-24" barrel to drop into my a3 upper. other than new hand guards, gas tube, and changing handle, what else do i need to get? |
Bolt/bolt carrier, some sort of gas block/FSB. If the barrel is stripped - then a barrel nut and delta ring assembly or FF tube. |
