finally finished my AR  build and went to the range to function test it ,First  mag  went smooth  second mag problems started to occur  ,timmney trigger would not reset properly ,you pull the trigger and nothing ,normal bolt operation would not set the trigger  , it has something to do with the disconnector. I opened up the AR and  slapped the trigger back it with my fingers  it would work  next shot nothing if I moved the safety on  off it would  set the trigger  after a while that stopped working, anybody else have this problem , looks like I will have to send it back to timmney for adjustment . little disappointed in the situation .I brought a second AR with me so the day was not a total loss
AR built on a bushmaster lower and CMMG upper
first pic shows  how normal bolt operation  sets the trigger second one is after manually  pushing rear of  the disconnector  ,THAT sets the trigger to fire

YIKES excuse the large pics  still learning photobucket

It sounds like the disconnecter isn't letting the hammer reset.  Take the trigger out and heat the disconnecter screw with a soddering iron.  Then take an allen wrench and turn it counterclockwise until the disconnecter BARELY touches the hammer.  If you back it out too much it will start doubling.  Not enough and it will not reset.  GL.

I'd wait to contact Timney as well.  POF might be a good resource as well.
